All Users

Newsletter Subscribers
Lemonrain offers a free electronic newsletter to users. If you wish to subscribe to the newsletter, you will need to provide Lemonrain with your email address. This email address you supply for the newsletter will not be used in any other way.
Optional Membership
In order to post comments about an article in the Lemonrain hierarchy or suggest that Lemonrain include music that is not currently there, you will need to "Join" Lemonrain.com. When you join, you will be asked for some additional personal information when you complete the member registration form. The form requires only user name, password, email address and zip code. Other fields, such as favorite music genre, age, and connection speed are optional. If you forget your password, Lemonrain will send it to the email address you provide at your request.

Children under the age of 13 must obtain parental consent before joining the membership area of Lemonrain.com.
Parents of Children under the Age of 13
Our membership signup page includes a notice that children under the age of 13 must obtain parental consent before joining. In addition, if a user signing up for membership enters an age under 13, the user will be prompted to obtain parental permission to join the site. As long as the child entered his/her name during the signup process, parents have several options regarding their child's membership. Parents of children under the age of 13 have a right to obtain all information supplied to Lemonrain by their child. If your child has signed up for Lemonrain membership, you can receive all information supplied by your child in the signup process or terminate the membership by completing the following form.
How we use information we gather
Lemonrain uses aggregate information about how the website is used to determine advertising fees and look for popular trends. We use the information provided by members to make their experience using the site more relevant to their interests and as useful as possible. A member may also choose during the signup process to allow Lemonrain to send them information on changes and enhancements to the web site as well as relevant promotions.
Access to your information by third parties
Lemonrain will not give, sell, rent, or loan any identifiable personal information to any third party except for the limited purposes described at the point of data collection, or unless legally required to do so.

Deactivation Policy
Members may request that their membership be canceled by completing the following form. Lemonrain.com will delete the personal information attached to a specific registration within one week after a registration is canceled.
